Malware can be very difficult to remove. Often there's a variety of processes that might be started immediately during boot time of your system. As such, these might prevent your normal security software from being used effectively to clean up these particular malware related items from your computer.
Unless you make use of the free utility presented here, called Rkill.
Rkill will attempt to terminate known malware processes so you can execute your normal security programs as to get a clean and infection-free computer. Besides killing these processes, it will also remove incorrect executable associations and fix policies that prevent using certain utilities. You will be presented a log of the terminated processes.
Do not reboot your computer right away after running this utility, but run your cleaning programs instead, scan your system completely to get rid of the malware, and then reboot your clean system.
