ObjectPrint

ObjectPrint is an application that allows you to manage and to monitor print jobs. These can be generated from a user's computer and are being sent to a queue, in either Windows server, the same or another computer. This program can save you money, since it allows you to limit the number of documents that each user can print. It can restrict the user by using quotas and you can deny certain documents from being printed by adding other limitations, such as if the print may contain colour, has a particular extension type, if it is over the set maximum number of pages, and if the document is too big.

ObjectPrint has got many useful features and functions: the application will create reports that allow you to see how many pages where printed on which printer and and the accompanying cost. All of the reports will have a small summary of users, printer group, and computer activity, allowing you to see who printed the most documents. All of the reports are automatically sorted by the date. You don't need to install the program to be able to monitor the other computers. All of the features and functions of ObjectPrint can be accessed through their web application. This also means that you can monitor their print jobs from any computer around the world, as long as the monitoring computer has got an internet connection.
