IP-Tools is, as its name suggests, a collection of tools for debugging network issues concerning the TCP/IP protocol-stack, but packaged as a single program. IP-Tools includes 19 different tools, including an IP and port scanner. You can use this application for getting information about any host, like its processor, memory or winsock configuration. It can also scan your network for available IP addresses and open ports, both TCP and UDP. It also provides access to 'ping' and 'tracert' commands, but from a graphical interface. What is more, it even includes a telnet client and can process SNMP trap messages.
