WinSCP Beta

The FTP protocol isn't the only way or the safest way to transfer files to remote computers. SFTP and SCP are other protocols. And they have many encryption methods, making it a more secure way of transferring files. WinSCP Beta is an SFTP, SCP and FTP client. The program has an interface similar to Windows Explorer and Total Commander: you will have the option to make the application look like either one of the two.

WinSCP Beta is quite simple to configure: you just need to fill in the information of the connection, save the profile, then click the [Connect] button and you are ready to upload files to the server. You can find several tools and functions in the 'Commands' menu, such as synchronizing folders, changing the read and write permissions, renaming, copying and moving files, and much more.
