Most of the time, programmers edit several files at once and it is easy for them to get confused. They might accidentally end up writing the wrong file or they could have forgotten to finish a line. That is why programmers usually use an editor that has 'syntax highlighting', this shows you where you have made a mistake or forgotten to close a parentheses.
Text Trix is a text editor which presents a much easier way to work with text files or source code. It goes one step further from the 'syntax highlighting', it will automatically adjust the lines of codes and will correct any mistakes you have made. The program allows you to open multiple files at once, each in a different tab and you can group tabs together. You can browse through them using pre-established hot keys or through your history, which is in the menu 'View'.
It also has a great feature called 'Line Dance', this allows you to save a position of the text or source code and then you will be able to return to it quickly. You can save the position with a title so you will remember what the line was about. Although the software is aimed for programmers, nothing prevents it from being used as a normal text editor. Text Trix can be used on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X but your computer will need to have Java 6 installed for it to function.
