NetworkSleuth is a simple but useful application that allows you to easily and quickly locate files across a network. This application can search files by specific names or by file types. These means that you can search for all the MP3 files shared on your network for example.

NetworkSleuth features an advanced search engine that can even search for hidden network resources and restricted access resources. The application also includes a password manager to store your log-in credentials, which can be used to automatically log into those restricted resources. NetworkSleuth also allows you to sort or filter the results, and even search within them. What is more, this application can scan files inside ZIP archives, as far as they are not password-protected.
