InSSIDer is a wireless network scanner that inspects surrounding WiFi networks, and provides useful information about them.

InSSIDer features an user-friendly interface in which you can see all the networks, that are detected by your wireless network. It also shows the SSID and MAC address, as well as the channel on which a network is working, the type of security/encryption it features, and statistics about the speed rate of the data transfer. And can sort the results according to any of these criteria.
