If you are one of those people who are always downloading new themes and icons packages to personalize your computer, then you might be interested in this application. IconDeveloper is a small yet powerful application that allows you to, as its name suggests, develop or create your own icons. There are many program to create icons, and they are mostly some sort of simple image editing softwares with just a few editing options. IconDeveloper, however, is focused on importing already existing images and converted them in icons. This way there will not be limited by the program's editing capabilities.

IconDeveloper can import images created or edited in other programs, for which it support PNG, BMP, and many other image file types. It perfectly integrates with Stardock IconPackager and supports all formats of Windows icons. Although, as mentioned previously, IconDeveloper's main purpose is not to edit icons, it comes with some editing tools that allow you change colors, resize images, perform batch conversions, and more.
