Core Temp

Core Temp is a small but excellent software that allows you to monitor the temperature of your system. It identifies your processor by model, platform, frequency, VID, Revision, CPU-ID and lithography standard. It will display information for each individual core of every processor in real time.

Specially useful for overclockers and tweakers. But even if you don't like to push your CPU to the edge, just you want to keep an eye on it, Core Temp can work on the background. It will give you a warning when the temperature exceeds a certain temperature. This level you can set easily from the interface.

Supported by Intel, AMD and VIA, Core Temp provides a high level of customization with many add-ons and plug-ins available to download for free. There is even a platform for plug-ins that allows developers to add new features and extend the functionality of this handy tool.
